Amsterdam-Noord is a trendy, artistic part of Amsterdam with large parks / city forest, a lively shopping center with a cinema, plenty of sports and cultural facilities. In the direct vicinity of the house you can enjoy delicious restaurants, cafes and terraces such as Hangar, De Pizzabakkers, Stork and De Goudfazant. Around the corner you can find supermarket Dirk van den Broek and Jumbo Food Market (with fresh dishes daily!). Want to relax or run in nature? Within walking distance you will find both the Noorderpark and the city forest Vliegenbos.

Take the ferry to the city center
The free ferry to Amsterdam Central Station and the Noord / Zuidlijn (North-South metro line) are within walking distance, but also fall within the parking permit zone of the house. You can be on Dam Square in 8 minutes, De Pijp in 15 minutes and Schiphol Airport in 26 minutes. By car you are on the Ring A10 within a few minutes and the IJ-tunnel offers a direct connection to the historic center. You can easily park the car in front of the door.
